Job summary

Teero in Amsterdam is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to own end-to-end product development in a fast-moving, AI-first startup. You will ship complete products, not just features, collaborating with co-founders, designers, and customers.

You will work in-person from our Amsterdam hub, using React, Node.js, React Native, Temporal, PlanetScale, and AWS, to build the operating system for modern dental offices and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping products from idea to production.
• Strong proficiency in full stack development and React.
• Self-starter who fixes problems without permission.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace of a growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Launch and own entire products end-to-end—from zero to live and scaling.
• Build across our stack: React, Node.js, React Native, Temporal, PlanetScale, and AWS (TypeScript).
• Work directly with co-founders, design, and customers to shape product direction.
• Push the boundaries of AI-assisted development and ship faster with evolving tools.
• Make technical and product decisions that impact growth and customer experience.
• Move quickly while maintaining high code quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across our marketplace and RCM products.
