Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a senior Product leader to bridge trading and neobank banking. Lead rapid experimentation, leverage AI for prototyping, and drive onboarding and engagement across the accounts and liquidity features.

You will mentor 2–3 PMs and collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Compliance to ship high-quality fintech products at pace. The role emphasizes customer-centric product design, data-driven decision making, and strategic roadmapping to convert crypto users into daily banking

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years product leadership at high-growth fintechs, neo-banks, or digital marketplaces.
• Experience with high-frequency A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
• Strong customer-centric design mindset and UX problem-solving.
• Exceptional structured thinking and clear milestone planning.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to speed up work.
• Commercial focus on deposits, retention and cross-selling.
• Banking knowledge across US/Europe is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for the Banking segment and roadmap for accounts and liquidity.
• Own North Star engagement KPIs to boost MAU and daily banking utility.
• Establish an experimentation culture with onboarding, activation, retention tests.
• Lead AI-forward execution to accelerate build-measure-learn.
• Own end-to-end banking onboarding and convert crypto users to banking users.
• Oversee accounts experience from wallet to savings and cashflow features.
• Partner with Eng, UX, and Legal/Compliance to ship fintech products.
• Coach 2–3 PMs to instill customer-obsessed, data-driven mindset.
