Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you\'ll contribute to our mission by leading technical development of apparel collections whilst managing product development processes and material innovations. As a Product Developer, you\'ll collaborate with product managers and designers to create cutting-edge sportswear, oversee material testing, and ensure seamless execution from prototype to production, all whilst maintaining cost-effectiveness and technical excellence. Please note this is a 6 month temporary contract.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
  • Develop styles and collections whilst collaborating with product managers, design teams and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Research and implement innovative garment construction technologies to enhance product development capabilities and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Drive cross functional communication proactively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve efficient and effective product development process.
  • Partner with Material lead to select appropriate fabrics and trims to develop innovative and technically superior products each season.
  • Oversee physical and functional testing protocols for materials.
  • Manage lab-dip processes with Vietnam-based service provider.
  • Review and analyse costs at the first prototype stage to ensure products meet target price points and maintain profit margins.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and ensure timely data management throughout development cycles.
  • Ensure product finalisation and approval is achieved before bulk orders commence.
You Have The Following Skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Textile, Fashion, or Clothing with 4-5 years of garment or sportswear industry experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including vlookup and pivot table functions.
  • Experience with 3D sampling and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working in an international company.
  • Ability to travel between headquarters and manufacturing partners.
  • Pattern-making expertise and garment fitting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric development and materials management.
