Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Product Designer for our Web team to own surfaces that attract new customers and future colleagues. Work with engineers, researchers and product owners, and contribute to our design system while shipping thoughtful, human experiences.

You’ll design across desktop and mobile web, build fast prototypes, document interaction details for developers, and help shape the overall product feel and standards with a strong design mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant design field (e.g. CMD, UX, Interaction or Product Design).
• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced digital environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, solving real problems for real people at scale.
• Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping.
• A low-ego, collaborative approach to building solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity; able to ask the right questions, form a point of view, and drive toward a direction independently.
• Curiosity about AI; both as a tool in your design process and as a feature shaping the products we build.
• Strong communication skills; able to present work, explain decisions and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English
• Availability to work on-site full time
