Job summary
Landal GreenParks is seeking a Product Designer Stay to identify opportunities and craft creative solutions that strengthen the Stay journey and guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and a cross‑functional team to deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs with accessibility and design‑system alignment.
You’ll contribute to qualitative and quantitative research, translating guest feedback into continuous improvements while ensuring consistency across Web,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree level with 4–6 years of Product Designer experience.
- Strong research mindset with user research and data‑driven design.
- Experience in guest‑facing/hospitality organisations and guest experience focus.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; contributing to design systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in Agile multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Work in a cross‑functional Agile team with developers, product owners and designers.
- Design end‑to‑end UX outputs: flows, wireframes, prototypes and UI designs.
- Conduct and translate guest feedback into continuous improvements.
- Ensure consistency across Web, Email, and App, and evolve the UX design system.
- Stay updated on UX developments and apply insights to improve guest experience.
