Job summary

Snitcher is seeking a second Product Designer to drive features end to end, shape the design system, and raise the design bar across our product. You’ll partner with engineering and GTM to ensure cohesive experiences that fit into APIs and marketing workflows.

You’ll prototype in code and explore from idea to shipped feature, growing the component library so our UI remains one-voice. This hybrid role is based in the Netherlands with strong collaboration across teams.

Be our second product designer. Drive features end to end, build out the design system and help make Snitcher the product GTM teams won't shut up about.

Snitcher shows B2B companies who’s visiting their website.

• Strategic by default: You use design to make the unclear clear. You care about outcomes more than screens, and you tie every decision to a goal or a metric.
• Comfortable under the hood: Complex data excites you. You turn it into flows that work with our customers’ existing stacks, and you know the product’s UI sits alongside APIs and MCPs.
• Builds to learn: You reach for whatever the question needs, from a Figma prototype to a working POC built with coding agents. Bonus if you know the basics of front-end development.
• GTM-curious: You’re primarily a product designer, but you get excited about jumping in with marketing and GTM from time to time.
• Craft is the point: You notice the difference between good and great, and you can work with the team to take a design from a 6.5 → 10.

• You’ve designed, built and launched something of your own: a side project, an app, a small product.
• You already prototype in code, build with LLMs and use them to pressure-test your own design work.

About the role

As our second Product Designer, you’ll drive features end to end and help raise the design bar across Snitcher. Design sits at the centre of the product and partners tightly with engineering and GTM.

Having spent nearly 6 years at Intercom I know how excellent products are built, and we made really solid progress so far but with the right extra designer we can get there much faster.

What you’ll be doing

• Bounce between product & marketing.
  While you’ll mostly work on the product, you may find yourself working with marketing across brand and website projects.
• Take features from 0 → 1.
  You’ll drive a project end-to-end and help us go from idea or prototype to a shipped feature.
• Build out our design system.
  Patterns are still forming. You’ll grow the component library and keep the UI feeling like one thing, not ten.
• Check in after launch.
  Usage data, sales and CS calls, usability sessions when a replay won’t tell you enough. Most of what you’ll learn about a feature arrives once customers have had it a week.

In your first 90 days, you’ll work with the team to ship something to real customers, gather insights. You might even change your mind about at least one thing you shipped!

This role is hybrid from our Hilversum office. You’ll need to live in and have the right to work in the Netherlands. We’re still small, and at this stage working together (mostly) in person is what we’re looking for.

We’re most likely looking for someone mid-level, but don’t let that stop you. We read every application by hand.
