Job summary

Avery is een Hiring Intelligence Engine – AI‑agenten die sourcen, screenen en plannen, in een vroege fase in Amsterdam met betalende klanten. Je werkt naast het Engineering team en de oprichter – half product, half het uitzoeken van patronen in onze wervingsdata die het waard zijn om shipping te brengen.

De rol omvat productonderzoek, specificaties en testen; analyseer kandidaten- en wervingdata en zet feedback om in productinzichten.

Qualifications

• Nieuwsgierig en gestructureerd, en comfortabel met data.
• Enige ervaring met statistiek of datawetenschap (Python, SQL is een plus)
• Honger om iets écht te leveren.

Responsibilities

• Doorgrond onze kandidaten- en wervingsdata om patronen te ontdekken.
• Zet feedback en data om in productinzichten.
• Help mee aan productonderzoek, specificaties en testen.

Avery is a Hiring Intelligence Engine – AI agents that source, screen, and schedule, on a system that gets smarter with every hire. Early-stage, Amsterdam, real paying customers. You'll work next to Engineering team and the Founder – half product, half digging into our hiring data for patterns worth shipping.

Tasks

• Help with product research, specs, and testing
• Dig into our candidate and hiring data to surface patterns
• Turn user feedback and data into product insight

Requirements

• Curious and structured, and comfortable with data
• Some stats or data-science chops (Python, SQL a plus)
• Itching to ship something real
