Job summary

Logiqs is seeking a Product Compliance Engineer to translate legislation and standards into actionable requirements for our machines and systems. You will maintain an up‑to‑date compliance file spanning risk assessments, electrical documentation, test results, declarations and manuals.

You will collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical and Controls engineering from early design through project delivery, ensuring substantiation and documentation are in place and aligned with European regulations

Qualifications

• Technical degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering.
• Experience with product compliance, machine safety, CE marking and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of functional safety and how safety functions are specified, substantiated and validated.
• Ability to assess legislation and standards and translate into technical requirements and documentation.
• Understand the relationship between mechanics, electrical engineering, controls and software.
• Clear documentation and effective communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Research applicable legislation, standards and product requirements for the markets in which we operate.
• Translate changes into actions for our products, processes and documentation.
• Guide risk assessments and support engineers with safety-related issues and improvement measures.
• Compile, review and manage complete compliance files including risk assessments, electrical documentation, test and validation results, declarations and manuals.
• Work with Controls engineering to document the structure, requirements, implementation and validation of safety functions, including PLC and safety software, configurations and versions.
• Develop clear working methods and documentation standards, ensuring knowledge and substantiation are documented systematically.
