Job summary

Boels Rental is seeking a Product Architect Azure Integrations to design and govern Azure-based integration solutions, aligning IT with business objectives and partnering with external vendors. You will lead architecture initiatives, collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, and MuleSoft architects, and stay current with Azure capabilities to improve reliability and performance.

With 2–5 years in an architecture role and a strong software/integration background, you will shape scalable patterns

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in an architecture role (Solution / Integration / Product Architect).
• Solid background in software development or integration design.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Integration Services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience operating in multi-platform integration landscapes (Azure and MuleSoft).
• Familiarity with Netlang/Xtellus is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; you thrive in complex environments with multiple platforms, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and reduce technical debt within the Azure integration domain, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest Azure Integration Services capabilities and recommend innovations that enhance reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.

As Product Architect Azure Integrations, you are responsible for designing and governing integration solutions built on Microsoft Azure Integration Services. As we transform our IT organization into a lean, strategically driven, and governance-focused model, you will play a key role in shaping our integration landscape. While software development is primarily delivered by external partners, our internal teams focus on architecture, product strategy, and aligning technology with business objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Design end-to-end integration solutions on Azure and translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures;

• A gross monthly salary between €4,466 and €6,379, based on your experience and knowledge;
