Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Product/Business Analyst to translate business needs into actionable requirements and documented user journeys. You will analyze product and customer data to identify improvements, and collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, risk and support to execute changes and ensure regulatory alignment.

You will own test cases and publish release notes, keeping the product records up to date.

Qualifications

• Analytically oriented, comfortable turning data into recommendations.
• Able to write clearly and explain findings to multiple teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented, follows through from tests to documentation.

Responsibilities

• Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and journeys.
• Analyse product, customer and transaction data to spot trends and identify changes.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, risk and support to implement changes.
• Run user acceptance testing: write test cases, log defects and track to resolution.
• Publish release notes and maintain accurate product records.
