We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and proactive Producer to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) team across a wide range of marketing and production activities. In this role, you’ll help keep projects moving, coordinate preparations for shoots and productions, and ensure all operational details behind the scenes are handled smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the Producer, B2B Marketeer, Product team, and Creative Services, playing a key role in coordinating samples, managing SAP orders, and supporting everything from tradeshows to photography productions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping projects on track.

You’ll be part of our GTM team of around 16 colleagues and report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Your Mission

Production & Shoot Coordination

• Support the preparation and planning for all types of shoots (sell-in shoots, E-commerce on-model and flatlay shoots and campaign shoots)
• Assist on shoot days making sure everything runs smoothly on set.
• Coordinate with Creative Services to ensure all assets are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
• Manage samples used for shoots—tracking them, preparing them, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be.
• Jump in quickly when last-minute changes happen and help keep things running smoothly.

Tradeshow & Global Sales Opening [GSO] Project Support

• Assist with the preparation, organization, and logistics for tradeshows, including mock-ups, materials, samples, and timelines.
• Help with general coordination for sell-in related projects and seasonal presentations.

Operational & SAP Tasks

• Create and manage SAP purchase orders for production, marketing and shoot-related needs.
• Track costs and support accurate invoice and budget handling.
• Make sure all operational steps – from POs to invoices – are tracked and communicated clearly in Medius and Excel.
• Support the team with day-to-day coordination and follow-up tasks.

Your Talent

• You have a Bachelor's degree and a few years of experience in marketing coordination, production support, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience working with shoots, photography coordination, or production workflows is a big plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with interdependent deadlines while staying focused on the details.
• A hands-on, practical mindset—you enjoy making things run smoothly.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where plans can shift quickly.
• Clear communication and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
