Job summary

Braspenning Group in the Netherlands is seeking an organized and energetic Procurement & Warehouse Operative for the Rotterdam site. You will blend hands-on warehouse tasks with procurement support to ensure timely stock, correct materials, and a safe, tidy work environment.

You will manage stock levels, order materials, and support project teams to keep operations moving. A practical, proactive approach and Dutch language skills are essential, with English as a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a warehouse role or stock-management.
• Hands-on with tools and capable of minor repairs.
• Dutch language skills (spoken and written); English is a plus.
• Physically fit and comfortable moving around the warehouse.
• MBO level vocational education.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock control and order materials.
• Ensure the right tools and materials are available for site tasks and projects.
• Carry out small repairs or arrange external repairs as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders in time.

Your tasks:

As our Procurement & Warehouse Operative, you are responsible for stock control, ordering materials, and the daily running of the warehouse. You make sure our specialists leave for site with the right tools and materials—on time and fully prepared.

• Managing tools, equipment and warehouse resources


• Issuing and receiving materials based on work orders


• Carrying out small technical repairs (or arranging external repairs when needed)


• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders in time


• Keeping records up to date and ensuring a tidy, safe warehouse


• Working with the project planner to improve processes and efficiency

Your profile:

• MBO level(vocational level)


• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse role or inventory/stock management


• Hands-on with tools and confident doing minor repairs yourself


• Good command of Dutch (spoken and written); English is a plus


• Proactive: you spot what needs doing and take action


• Physically fit and comfortable being on the move

Bonus points for having:

• Avalid VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)


• A forklift certificate


• Experience in a technical or industrial environment
