Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Procurement Manager in Offshore Wind who will shape procurement strategies and lead end-to-end procurement processes. You will manage supplier relationships, align with executives, and drive value from the supply chain through effective contracting and governance across multiple project scopes.

The role requires strong negotiating skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in managing complex procurement programs in international settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a procurement position.
• Experience in maritime and offshore logistics is an advantage.
• Experience in project management.
• Excellent understanding of people and culture across multiple business functions and locations.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders from the wind procurement community.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement initiatives within the categories (LOG, O&M).
• Manage full procurement process from strategy to contract award.
• Act as SPOC towards suppliers during procurement.
• Lead negotiations and gather input from stakeholders.
• Develop procurement materials, including tailor-made contracts and governance material.
• Steer core tender teams during procurement processes.
