Job summary

Frencken in Eindhoven seeks a Procurement Process Analyst to optimize procurement processes, analyze data, and drive improvements across functions. You will coordinate processes with buyers and category managers and support standardization and automation where appropriate.

The role emphasizes delivering actionable insights, maintaining KPI reporting, and collaborating on company-wide improvement projects to enhance efficiency and transparency of procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Process Improvement or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and continuously improve Procurement processes, procedures and ways of working.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and develop practical improvement proposals.
• Support the standardization and automation of Procurement processes where appropriate.
• Monitor process performance and ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.
