Job summary

Frencken Europe B.V. is seeking a Procurement Process Analyst to strengthen our procurement organization in Eindhoven. You will optimize procurement processes, analyze data, and drive improvements across the company while coordinating with buyers, category managers and stakeholders.

You will combine procurement know-how with data-driven insights to increase efficiency and transparency. Strong English skills and hands-on ownership are essential for delivering practical improvements and embedding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Process Improvement or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with process optimization and reporting; strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Process Optimization: analyze and continuously improve procurement processes, identify inefficiencies and propose improvements, support standardization and automation, monitor performance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: analyze procurement data, identify trends and risks, develop KPIs and dashboards, translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Cross-functional Improvement Projects: represent Procurement in company-wide improvement projects, ensure procurement requirements are embedded in new processes and systems, collaborate across departments.
• Procurement Process Execution: coordinate and execute key procurement processes such as supplier selection and savings progress, gather input from buyers and stakeholders, monitor progress and drive actions.
