Jobster is seeking a Procurement Coordinator near Breda, Netherlands, to manage supplier procurement, ensure stock availability, and optimize purchasing processes. You will work with Procurement, Product Management, and Sales while building long-term supplier relationships.

The role requires experience in procurement or supply chain management, fluency in French and English, and Dutch proficiency. A proactive, independent team player with Excel skills is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch proficiency (B2–C1) required.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.

• Located near Breda.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned suppliers.
• Place purchase orders and monitor deliveries for on-time fulfillment.
• Analyze supplier delivery performance and take corrective actions.
• Monitor product aging and manage inventory health.
• Coordinate advance shipping notices with external warehouses for efficient receipt and storage.
• Identify and implement improvements in procurement processes to enhance efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process optimizations.
