Job summary

Greener Power Solutions Ltd. in Amsterdam is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own day-to-day purchasing and supplier management while shaping scalable Procure-to-Pay processes. You’ll take on operational tasks and improvement projects as part of a growing team.

You will collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal and People to professionalise contract management, supplier governance and procurement reporting, helping Greener grow sustainably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Procurement or related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience combining buying, supplier and contract management.
• Experience running RFQs/RFPs and evaluating total cost.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with an ERP system (NetSuite).
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day procurement activities including quotations, terms, contracting and PO management.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and negotiate with suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, risk classification, and performance reviews.
• Develop and improve Procure-to-Pay processes and contract governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ISO 27001 requirements.
