Job summary

Oceanco in Alblasserdam is seeking a hands-on Working Student for 8–24 hours per week to support the NPR Procurement department with admin tasks. Onsite role within the Facility team.

You will follow up PO requests, issue RFQs, create POs, support purchasing activities, and maintain vendor cards in Business Central. Fluency in Dutch and English, enrollment in HBO/WO, ERP exposure, and a proactive, independent mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Currently enrolled in HBO or WO study in a Netherlands-based institution in a related field.
• Previous exposure to ERP systems.
• Proactive, independent, creative and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow.
• Organized, with an eye for detail.
