Jobster zoekt een procesoperator voor een 5-delige ploegendienst om kunststof korrels te produceren en het productieproces efficiënt te laten verlopen. Je bewaakt lijnen, corrigeert afwijkingen en draagt bij aan continue verbeteringen in een moderne, veilige werkomgeving.

Je werkt aan set-up, aanpassingen en monitoring van installaties, analyseert procesmetingen en ondersteunt onderhoud om downtime te minimaliseren. Een proactieve houding en teamwerk staan centraal.

Competenze

• VAPRO B diploma of bereidheid om dit te behalen.
• Ervaring in een proces- of productieomgeving.
• Kennis van het omgaan met gevaarlijke materialen is een plus.
• Probleemoplossend vermogen met technische en nauwkeurige vaardigheden.
• Bereidheid om certificeringen zoals VCA-VOL en BHV te halen.

As an process operator in a 5-shift rotation, you play a key role in producing high-quality plastic granules and keeping our production process running efficiently. Working in a modern and innovative manufacturing environment, you monitor production lines, identify and resolve process deviations, and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance. • Operate: set up, adjust, and monitor production installations to ensure optimal performance;

• VAPRO B diploma or willingness to obtain it;
• Experience in a process or production environment;
• Knowledge of handling hazardous materials is a plus;
