Job summary

Invite Jobs BV is seeking a Process Operator Thermoplastics / Packaging for a plastics manufacturer in the Netherlands. You will prepare raw material premixes, manage material flow to extruders, and operate production equipment, while supporting post-processing and packaging before shipment.

You will help maintain equipment, contribute to a safe and organized workspace, and work in a shift-based production environment, emphasizing teamwork and quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an operator in a production environment.
• Technical insight and an interest in manufacturing processes.
• A strong focus on efficiency and quality.
• A proactive and energetic attitude.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Good sense of order, cleanliness and workplace organization.
• Good command of either English or Dutch.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw material premixes and manage the flow of materials to and from the extruders.
• Operate production equipment and monitor quality throughout the process.
• Support post-processing activities and ensure finished products are packaged correctly.
• Maintain and clean machines to keep production running smoothly and safely.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe, organized and productive environment.
• Work in a shift-based production environment.
