Process Operator – Modiform

Working as a Process Operator in a 5‑shift schedule with a solid salary and a predictable work pattern. You will work on a technical production line involving extrusion and thermoforming, ensuring stable operation and high‑quality end products.

What You’ll Get

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment for extrusion, thermoforming, cutting and stacking
• Set up machines and adjust process settings as required
• Monitor quality, output and process stability; stop the line when necessary
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and performance
• Develop competence to run the line independently over time

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or operating machinery; or a strong interest in technology and production
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Willingness to work a 5‑shift schedule
