Job summary

Gazelle Global seeks an experienced Process Modeller / Process Analyst to join a large, complex organisation in Utrecht. You will analyse, document and model business processes using ARIS and BPMN, working with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with established standards.

Key responsibilities include developing BPMN process flows, creating ARIS models, conducting stakeholder interviews, and facilitating workshops.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in process analysis and modelling.
• Strong hands-on experience with ARIS.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN.
• Experience in a large, complex organisation (5,000+ employees).
• Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written - mandatory.
• HBO/WO level of working and thinking.
