Job description

We are looking for an ambitious, positive, and highly organized process manager to join our Global Process Development team. This team plays a key role in driving strategic change by developing and improving business processes across the organization.

As a process manager, you will contribute to the success of global programs and projects by identifying opportunities for process improvements and helping implement effective, data-driven solutions.

You'll be working from our office in Eindhoven, while being part of our Global Process Development team.

Your tasks:

• Participate in and support implementation of strategic programs and projects
• Analyze business processes and perform root cause analysis
• Capture and analyze processes to empower smarter decision-making and seamless project execution
• Support project managers with scoping, effort estimation and planning in strategic programs and projects
• Close collaboration with stakeholders and process owners to ensure understanding of how process designs and business process analysis benefits decision making in process changes and system designs
• Elicitation of business requirements used for IT development by acting as facilitator and translator between business and IT
• Plan and facilitate larger meetings and workshops with multiple stakeholders
• Utilize Business Analysis and change management methodologies

Who you are

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as project manager, business analyst or similar position
• Experience in business process analysis and process mapping
• Experience in translating business needs to IT requirements
• Experience in change management and project coordination is preferred
• Knowledge of IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) and BPM methodologies is preferred
• Ability to navigate in a global setup
