Job summary

ASML Holding’s Process & Business Transformation internship invites students to join starting February 2027. You will help improve process transparency, support transformation initiatives, and contribute to AI readiness in an international high‑tech environment.

You will collect, structure, and analyze process information across business domains, support standardization and heatmapping, maintain project administration, and prepare management presentations and workshops.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data experience.
• Analytical and able to translate information into insights.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and collaborative work.
• Organized, proactive, able to manage multiple activities.
• Interest in business process improvement, digital transformation, and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Collect, structure, and analyze process information across business domains.
• Support process standardization and heatmapping activities.
• Maintain project administration, reporting, action tracking, and documentation.
• Prepare management presentations, workshops, and business analyses.
• Identify opportunities to improve process consistency and quality.
• Support documentation for AI readiness and process automation.
