Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking a skilled Waiter for Private Events to join our events team on a 0H (on-call) contract in Amsterdam. You’ll deliver attentive, professional service from guest arrival through departure, across intimate dinners to large celebrations.

Collaborating with Events, Kitchen, and Front of House teams, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding Soho House’s renowned service standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or a service-based role is essential.
• Experience in events, banqueting, or high-volume service is a plus.
• Strong team player with good communication.
• Reliable, professional, positive and enthusiastic.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

The Role

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Waiter for our Private Events to join our events team at Soho House Amsterdam, who is available on a 0H (on-call) contract.

From intimate private dinners and business meetings to large celebrations and exclusive parties, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences across a variety of events. You'll provide attentive and professional service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and looked after from arrival through to departure.

Working closely with the Events, Kitchen, and Front of House teams, you'll support the smooth execution of events while maintaining the high service standards Soho House is known for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments and thrives in fast-paced service.
