Job summary

Forbion European Acquisition Corp. seeks a Principal in its Ventures Fund to shape healthcare investments and build a high-performing deal flow engine. You will drive investment cases, lead due diligence with and without Partners, and guide the due diligence team toward compelling opportunities.

You will manage portfolio development and governance, including Board-level involvement, while leveraging a global network to source value-creating investments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an investment professional.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to proactively identify and source investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive investment cases and support due diligence with and without Partners.
• Lead due diligence analyses and manage the due diligence team.
• Oversee deal flow, portfolio management and value creation activities.
• Take increasing accountability through Board seats and governance.
