Your position

Do you want to work in a dynamic, global team and be at the heart of pricing decisions? As a Global Pricing Expert, you will act as a business partner for sales regions and business units, focusing on Eastern markets. You will coordinate margin expectations, maintain value-based pricing logics, and support the full pricing cycle — from internal cost analysis to price list releases. Acting as a communication hub, you’ll ensure alignment, collaboration, and transparency across functions and regions.

Your tasks

  • Partner with Sales and Business Units to define and track margin expectations
  • Coordinate the monthly Pricing Cycle, which includes:
  • Reviewing profitability (Price Fulfillment, Sales Margin),
  • Assessing market developments and internal cost drivers by collaborating with Purchasing, Transportation, and FP&A teams (e.g., raw materials, freight, energy)
  • Evaluating market intelligence and competitor data
  • Analyzing pricing outliers and trends by Business Case, MPG, or region
  • Aligning price list updates with technical, commercial, and strategic inputs
  • Maintain and improve the Value-Based Pricing logic, including new brand integration and attribute-based surcharges
  • Support sales and quotation teams with training and guidance on pricing tools and logic
  • Collaborate with BI and IT to continuously improve automation, system integrity, and process transparency;
  • Serve as the primary pricing contact for Eastern markets, ensuring regional context is reflected in global pricing strategy.

Your profile

  • Strong interpersonal skills: you enjoy aligning stakeholders and clarifying complexity
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience in commercial or pricing-related roles (min. 3 years)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to link numbers, market signals, and strategy
  • SQL, Excel and SAP (ECC or S4/HANA) experience
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, service-oriented approach

Languages: English – fluent.

Nice to have: Knowledge of Hindi or Mandarin
