Job summary

Viking, part of the RAJA Group in Venlo, invites you to join the Pricing Team as an Internship Pricing & Customer Behavior Intern. You will study how customers react to pricing across European markets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

The role offers an internship allowance of €500 gross per month, travel allowance if applicable, about 15 days of holiday over five months, and strong mentorship to develop skills in pricing, data analysis, and experimentation.

Qualifications

• Analytical and curious with a strong interest in customer behavior and pricing.
• Comfortable working with data and conducting research.
• Able to translate data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Research how customers in different markets respond to pricing and price changes.
• Analyze customer and pricing data to identify behavioral patterns across markets.
• Translate research and data insights into pricing hypotheses and recommendations.
• Design and run pricing tests to validate hypotheses and evaluate customer responses.
• Track customer behavior and business results during pricing experiments.
• Analyze experiment results and identify learnings for improvement.
• Use insights from experiments to develop future pricing recommendations.
• Contribute to additional projects aligned with strengths and interests.
