Job summary

Penn Color, Inc. is seeking a maintenance professional to cover our production, laboratory, and warehouse facilities. You will perform service and maintenance on machines, manage preventive programs, troubleshoot issues, and support technical improvements in a day-to-day, hands-on role.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and clear communication with management. Dutch proficiency is a plus while English is required, and work hours are day shift or 2-shift rotation depending on planning.

Qualifications

• Technical MBO-level education in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics
• Practical experience with machine maintenance is a plus
• Problem-solving, quality-focused, and efficient
• Team player who can also work independently
• Enjoys a clean and safe working environment
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance on machines and installations
• Manage and update the preventive maintenance program
• Troubleshoot and fix issues to minimize downtime
• Support and contribute to technical improvement projects
• Prepare annual maintenance schedules, including calibrations and contractor work
• Assist production, lab, and warehouse teams with maintenance tasks
• Communicate clearly with the Plant Manager and other departments
• Maintain facilities and buildings
