Job summary

Celoria Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Production Prefab Concrete Worker for work in the Rotterdam area of the Netherlands. You will help produce prefab concrete elements such as sandwich panels, stairs, and balconies in a factory setting, reading technical drawings and ensuring quality.

The role offers full-time hours, accommodation with private room, and company car or travel allowance. Prior prefab concrete production experience is essential for long-term employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in prefabricated concrete production.
• Experience producing advanced prefab concrete elements, such as sandwich panels, stairs, balconies, or similar products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• No specific certificates required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds, formwork, and production areas before concrete work starts.
• Pour, vibrate, smooth, and finish concrete according to production requirements.
• Process and position reinforcement based on technical drawings.
• Support the production of advanced prefab concrete elements, such as sandwich panels, stairs, and balconies.
• Inspect finished products for correct dimensions, finish quality, and visible defects.
• Use basic hand tools and production equipment safely and correctly.
• Perform minor maintenance on tools and machinery when needed.
• Keep the workplace clean, organised, and safe during the working day.
• Identify opportunities to improve the production process.
• Work with team members while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
