Qualifications

• Completed technical education in engineering or production technology.
• Experience in technical manufacturing or high-tech production.
• Experience reading technical drawings.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment.
• Structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Willingness to work full-time in a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:30, 14:30–23:00).
• Good English communication skills.
• Own accommodation and transport.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment.
• Performing dimensional inspections using technical drawings and specifications.
• Measuring products with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities.
• Preparing inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Releasing products that fully meet quality requirements.
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to resolve quality issues.
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.
