Job summary
Eastmen Human Resources B.V in the Netherlands is seeking skilled technicians to dismantle and assemble aluminum and stainless steel cladding, remove and install stone wool insulation, and ensure correct application on project sites. You will work from ground level or fixed scaffolding, handling precise, technically demanding tasks on industrial projects.

Qualifications
- Experience with insulation and cladding assembly is required.
- Good knowledge of English is required.
- Apprentices and experienced technicians are welcome.
- Familiarity with aluminum, stainless steel and stone wool is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Dismantling existing aluminum and stainless steel cladding
- Removing existing stone wool insulation from structures
- Installing new stone wool insulation
- Reassembling aluminum and stainless steel cladding components
- Working from ground level and/or fixed scaffolding
- Handling single pieces and project-based assembly tasks
- Working with materials such as aluminum, stainless steel and stone wool
