Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC miller or in a similar machining role.
• Ability to read technical drawings independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC milling machines and operate them to produce precise components.
• Monitor dimensions and tolerances, adjusting machinery as needed to maintain quality.
• Communicate regularly with planning and production teams to coordinate work and improve processes.
• Suggest improvements to the production process to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
