Job summary

ENGNR. in the Bergen op Zoom region is seeking a powder coater to apply powder coatings to metal parts, ensuring a durable, high-quality finish. You will prepare surfaces, operate the sprayer, and monitor thickness while maintaining safety and accuracy.

You will join a modern spray shop with a supportive team, receive good pay and accommodation, weekly payments, and practical assistance with transport and administrative matters.

Qualifications

• Powder coating experience in metal industry.
• Ability to prepare surfaces by degreasing, sanding, and hanging.
• Knowledge of powder coating processes and materials is a plus.
• Fluency in English or Dutch (B1 minimum).
• Valid driving license B is a plus.
• Reliable and precise working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to metal parts according to specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by degreasing, sanding and hanging.
• Operate the sprayer and monitor coating thickness and coverage.
• Check the result for colour, gloss and quality.
• Work in a modern spray shop with an enthusiastic team.
• Safe and accurate working is a matter of course.
