Job summary

Delft University of Technology in Delft invites applications for a Postdoc in NonMonotone Game Theory within an ERC-funded project on data-driven game-theoretic control for complex systems.

You will develop computational methods for game-theoretic control of nonlinear dynamic systems and collaborate within the Delft Center for Systems and Control on optimization-based, data-driven approaches with impact on energy grids, mobility and society.

Qualifications

• PhD in Systems and Control, or related field.
• Experience in systems and control, optimization or game theory is desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze local equilibria notions for non-convex, non-monotone game problems.
• Develop dynamic game theory for switched polynomial systems.
• Create tractable computational methods for local equilibrium in dynamic games with switched polynomial systems.
• Extend methods to piecewise-monotone game equilibrium problems.
