Amsterdam UMC Research BV invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher in imaging genetics within the ENIGMA-EEG consortium. You will coordinate data access across cohorts, design new projects, and perform meta-analyses linking genetics with EEG features to biomarkers for mental health and brain development.

You will work across disciplines with international collaborators, develop publications, and contribute to standardized EEG analysis workflows while advancing your expertise in GWAS,

Qualifications

• PhD in imaging genetics, genetic epidemiology, neuroscience or related field.
• Strong interest in ENIGMA-EEG topics and collaboration with global cohort members.
• Experience with data analysis using scripting languages (Bash, Python and/or R).
• Experience in genetic or physiological data analysis; dual experience is a plus.
• Experience implementing neural networks is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate data access and integration across ENIGMA-EEG cohorts.
• Develop research projects with international consortium members.
• Conduct meta-analyses of genetic and EEG data and contribute to publications.
• Develop standardized protocols and workflows for EEG analyses.
• Present research findings at conferences and collaborate across sites.
