Job summary

XD Connects is seeking a Portfolio Creative to lead brand concepts and develop visual materials for new products. You will collaborate with product teams, marketers, and suppliers to translate ideas into compelling visuals and packaging.

The role requires fluency in English and Dutch and advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills. Based in Rijswijk, this full-time position offers a creative, fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on sustainability, innovation, and market-ready product

Qualifications

• A creative, ambitious, and communicative professional with a strong affinity for products and design.
• Excellent command of English and Dutch.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant Adobe programs.
• Experience in graphic, brand, product, or visual design.
• A strong eye for detail and the ability to translate product ideas into clear and compelling visual communication.
• Able to work accurately and in a structured way while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and an affinity with the promotional products and product development environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and company processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and elaborate brands and creative concepts together with product and brand team.
• Create and develop product designs and visual materials to support sourcing and product development.
• Retouch and develop product visuals during the sourcing process and prepare materials for product selection meetings.
• Create graphic additions and provide clear creative briefings for new product development with factories.
• Develop packaging, manuals, labels, and hangtags for new and existing products.
• Create and edit multimedia content, including product videos and presentations, for sales training and customer communication.
• Work closely with Product Management, Procurement, Marketing, Purchase, Sales, suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and contribute to photography briefings for brands and products.
• Ensure products are presented in a distinctive, effective, and commercially relevant way.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in colours, graphics, design, and visual communication.
• Proactively contribute creative ideas that strengthen our brands, concepts, and product presentation.
