Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with mechanics/polymer processing focus.
• 1–3 years work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with polymer processing and testing.
• Experience in machine design and automation.
• Composite experience is a strong plus.
• Proficient in CAD, programming and PLC systems.
• Hands-on lab work and problem solving.
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and develop advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Translate customer requirements into manufacturing, testing and quality solutions.
• Develop dedicated physical and mechanical test methods.
• Design, validate, operate and maintain manufacturing/test equipment.
• Document and communicate trial results clearly.
• Collaborate on cross-functional R&D and with customers.
• Steer DoE with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with technologists to link process, morphology and material performance.
