Job summary

Kinly is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead the global PMO within a fast-growing AV and unified communications solutions business. The role requires regular weekly travel to Breda, Noord-Brabant, and a 40-hour working week under a permanent contract, with a competitive salary and company benefits.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, development and support of the PMO, driving program and portfolio delivery across regions, establishing governance and standards,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a PMO or large program/portfolio function.
• Experience managing complex AV/IT/engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and processes.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO on day-to-day operations and delivery.
• Oversee program and project delivery across the region.
• Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes and reporting.
• Provide data-driven updates on portfolio status and KPIs.
• Ensure governance, risk, and quality across initiatives.
