Job summary

EAE Solutions is seeking a PLC Developer to join our software development team. You will develop, configure, and implement PLC software for advanced sorting and conveyor systems, collaborating with colleagues in the Netherlands and Germany.

You’ll test, review, and document solutions to ensure reliable operation, with opportunities to travel internationally and engage in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or similar field.
• Several years of PLC programming experience is advantageous.
• Experience with PC networks and system integrations.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Your Mission:

Would you like to work on innovative control and automation solutions that make logistics processes smarter and more efficient around the world?

As a PLC Developer, you will work on the software behind advanced sorting and conveyor systems. Our solutions are fully tailored to our customers’ requirements and continuously enhanced to deliver maximum flexibility, efficiency, and reliability.

Working alongside colleagues in the Netherlands and Germany, you will be part of an international development team. You will develop, configure, and implement PLC software that forms the core of our systems. Quality is key: in addition to writing code, you will be responsible for thoroughly testing, reviewing, and documenting your solutions to ensure our systems continue to perform at their very best.

Your Profile:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a similar field
• Several years of experience as a PLC Programmer (m/f/d) is an advantage
• Experience with PC networks and integrations
• Experience with (Siemens S7-1500) PLCs
• Willingness to travel occasionally (including internationally)
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
• A high level of commitment and sense of responsibility

Additionally, you have strong technical problem-solving skills. You are good at setting priorities and working in a goal-oriented manner. Of course, dedication and motivation are essential. Entry-level candidates are welcome.
