Job summary

LAB Services seeks a hands-on PlateButler Application Specialist to implement our software in laboratory automation both domestically and internationally. You will install and test PlateButler, create workflows, and provide training to internal staff and clients.

The role requires independent work, travel readiness, and a technical background related to laboratory equipment. A HBO-level degree and a category B driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with software installation and testing is essential.
• Degree at HBO level is required.
• Category B driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install and test PlateButler and third‑party software on client systems.
• Create workflows in PlateButler and implement them at client sites.
• Configure robot locations and test communication with peripheral devices.
• Assess required labware for projects and test with robot/equipment.
• Ensure PlateButler installation meets URS and specs.
