Are you passionate about sustainable agriculture? Do you want to make a real impact on how we grow food? At Source.ag, we build AI-powered tools that help growers produce more, better harvests with fewer resources. We're looking for a hands-on Plant Science Intern to bridge the gap between practical growing experience and software.
At Source.ag, we're on a mission to power a sustainable future by using cutting-edge AI in greenhouse technology to deliver more fresh produce to the world. Our values drive everything we do to support this mission. They shape how we work, collaborate, and achieve our goals:
All In for our Growers: We work closely with growers, prioritizing their needs.
Strength through Diversity: We embrace different perspectives and backgrounds, fostering a culture of mutual respect, inclusion, and collaboration.
Learn-Adapt-Succeed: We grow through continuous feedback, learning, and dedication.
Driven to Deliver: We are dedicated to delivering impactful results.
Plant Solutions: We plant solutions that shape the future of food production.
We're a team that gives people ownership early and moves fast from idea to impact. The people who thrive here love solving hard customer problems, bring a growth mindset that's always eager to learn, and don't mind rolling up their sleeves for operational work or jumping in wherever the team needs a hand.
This is first and foremost a plant science internship. You'll work closely with our plant scientists, data experts, and software engineers. Together, you'll turn real cultivation challenges into data-driven solutions. Depending on your project, you may run greenhouse experiments, analyze data, or interview growers and industry experts.
This isn't a lab-coat research role. We want someone who understands the greenhouse and enjoys working with plants. The data part grows with you, and we support you throughout. No advanced coding is expected.
* These are examples, not a fixed list.
At Source, we value people with different backgrounds and ways of thinking. Research shows people judge whether they're a good fit for a job differently.
