Jan Zandbergen Group is seeking a proactive Planner to join our team in the Netherlands. You will be the vital link between drivers, production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and smooth operations.

Daily tasks include monitoring delivery progress, flagging delays, recording key information across departments, and entering orders accurately. You will also assist sales by booking orders and sending emails when needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in a planning role, ideally within a logistics environment.
• Bachelor-level working and thinking skills.
• Excellent English communication for coordinating with drivers and colleagues.
• Sharp eye for detail and a structured, organized approach.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adjust priorities quickly.

About The Role:

At Jan Zandbergen Group, we’re on the lookout for a proactive and communicative Planner to strengthen our team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our drivers, production, and logistics teams, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time.

What will you be doing?

• Stay in daily contact with our truck drivers, keeping a close eye on delivery progress.


• Spot delays early and immediately inform production and logistics so plans can be adjusted without a hitch.


• Accurately record and share key information across departments to keep everyone aligned.


• Work hand-in-hand with the logistics team to guarantee goods are delivered efficiently and on schedule.


• Enter orders quickly and precisely into our system, ensuring seamless processing.


• Occasionally, you will support the sales department by booking in orders and sending emails.

About You:

We are looking for someone who can keep the wheels turning, a strong communicator with an eye for detail, who thrives under pressure and loves keeping things organized.
