Job summary

Integra is seeking a Work Planner to bridge engineering, execution, and project management. You will ensure every detail is prepared, from materials to drawings, while coordinating with suppliers to keep projects on track from design through delivery.

You work in a modern, technical environment with automated production and assembly tech. You take responsibility for your projects and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting sustainable ceiling solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Degree required: HBO level or equivalent with 3+ years of work experience.
• Knowledge of suspended and climate ceilings is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop projects from working drawings and technical specs.
• Draw up and monitor work schedules and material overviews.
• Check procurement of materials and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Draft and check drawings and technical details.
• Support the project manager with estimating, planning, and quality control.
• Act as contact point for contractors and clients during work prep.
• Identify potential improvements in process or design.

This is what you're going to do

As a Work Planner, you are the indispensable link between engineering, execution, and project management. You ensure that everything is prepared down to the last detail: materials, drawings, planning, and coordination with suppliers. Thanks to your eye for detail, organizational talent, and proactive approach, projects run smoothly and efficiently, from design to delivery.

Specifically, this entails, among other things,

• Preparing and developing projects based on working drawings and technical specifications
• Drawing up and monitoring work schedules and material overviews
• Checking the procurement of materials and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors
• Drafting and checking drawings and technical details
• Supporting the project manager with estimating, planning, and quality control
• Act as a point of contact for contractors and clients during the work preparation phase
• Identifying potential improvements in the process or design

What do you bring

• A completed education in Construction Engineering, Installation Technology, or Mechanical Engineering (HBO working and thinking level or MBO+ with at least 3 years of work experience)
• Knowledge of suspended and climate ceilings is a plus.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
• Skill in AutoCAD, Revit or similar software
• Organizational skills, with an eye for detail
• Proactive attitude and a sense of quality and planning
• In possession of a B driving license and willing to take on projects throughout the Netherlands
