Job summary

Youwe is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to bridge business needs and technical execution, guiding client projects from discovery to delivery in a dynamic digital agency setting.

Based in the Netherlands, you will collaborate with stakeholders, advise on Pimcore-based architectures, and lead workshops to ensure solutions deliver measurable value while aligning with business objectives and IT requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms.
• Fluency in spoken and written Dutch is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations.
• Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects.
• Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes.
• Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions.
• From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects.

From solution design to implementation and optimization, you ensure projects are delivered efficiently, adopted successfully, and create measurable value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations
• Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects
• Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes
• Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions
• From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects

Job requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Technical Consultant, preferably in a digital agency
• Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
• Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations
• Fluency in spoken and written Dutch is mandatory due to the client nature of the role

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with event-driven systems and API gateways
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations and headless platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, WCAG)
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical project delivery
• Experience within a digital agency or fast-paced project environment
