Job summary

1000scholars in collaboration with TU Delft invites applications for a 4-year PhD position hosted by the Biomechanical Engineering Department. The project focuses on developing computational models and video-based tools to capture hand movement and function, deployable in home environments, to study RA-related hand function.

You will work with TU Delft and partner labs, contribute to open-source data repositories, and mentor MSc/BSc students while presenting at international conferences.

Qualifications

• MSc in engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with mechanical modelling and simulation.
• Experience programming (C++, Python, Matlab).
• Experience collecting movement/video data.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
