Job summary

Edusail Abroad in the Netherlands invites applications for a four-year PhD position (promovendus) focused on advanced electrode materials for cleaner water purification. You will join a consortium with five PhD researchers across Twente, Delft, Wageningen, Copenhagen and Groningen, collaborating with FrieslandCampina, Shell, Nobian and Ecolab.

Eligibility includes a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry, and excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent university degree) in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Tests: Excellent written and oral English is required.

Responsibilities

• Write papers and present at conferences as part of the PhD research.
• Approximately 10% teaching and student supervision will be part of the role.
