Qualifications

• Masters with exceptional grades and strong writing, reading, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
• Qualitative research focus with ethnographic fieldwork and interviews.
• Not primarily quantitative or experimental; no AI system building.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethnographic fieldwork, interviews, and observational studies in organisations.
• Keep detailed field notes and analyse interview data with the research team.
• Share findings with the EMANAIRE network and contribute to publications.
