Job summary

TMC is seeking a Pharmaceutical Packaging Equipment Engineer for an international pharmaceutical production environment. You will introduce and qualify packaging processes, equipment, and technologies within a GMP-regulated setting.

You will collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to implement innovative solutions and ensure compliant documentation, including URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, risk analyses and change controls.

Qualifications

• Experience introducing and qualifying packaging processes, equipment, and technologies within GMP-regulated environment.
• Technical expertise in packaging processes and packaging equipment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Introducing and implementing new packaging processes, technologies, and equipment
• Preparing URS, engineering protocols, reports, and qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Creating risk analyses and change controls
• Coordinating investigations, root cause analyses, and improvement projects
• Supporting CAPEX projects and investment initiatives
• Improving packaging processes, systems, and technologies
• Ensuring GMP, Quality, EHS compliance
• Collaborating in multidisciplinary and international project teams

About this vacancy

For an international pharmaceutical production environment, we are looking for a Pharmaceutical Packaging Equipment Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing and qualifying packaging processes, equipment, and technologies within a GMP-regulated environment.

As a Pharmaceutical Packaging Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the field of packaging processes and packaging equipment. You will work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to successfully implement innovative solutions.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Introducing and implementing new packaging processes, technologies, and equipment
• Preparing technical documentation such as:
  • User Requirement Specifications (URS)
  • Engineering protocols and reports
  • Qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Risk analyses and change controls
• Coordinating, performing, and reporting investigations, root cause analyses, and improvement projects
• Supporting CAPEX projects and investment initiatives
• Enhancing processes, systems, and technologies within the packaging departments
• Working in compliance with GMP, Quality, EHS, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborating in multidisciplinary and international project teams
