Pro Industry is seeking a process operator for their pharmaceutical packaging operations in the Netherlands. You will monitor and control production lines, ensure GMP/HACCP adherence, and collaborate with logistics to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires English fluency, prior process operator experience, and willingness to work in three shifts in a structured environment with clear procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and working in an English-speaking environment.
• Experience as a process operator in manufacturing/pharma.
• Structured environment with strict procedures and no deviations.
• Willingness to commute and work in three shifts.
• 5+ years in LEAN, Six Sigma, CI and troubleshooting methods.
• Experience with ERP systems SAP/MES.

Responsibilities

• Manage the production line and ensure continuity.
• Collaborate with logistics and other departments.
• Provide process reports and hand over staff at shifts.
• Work per HACCP, SOP, and GMP regulations.
• Resolve malfunctions quickly and efficiently.
